Account deletion
Review an existing deletion request or start a new one with a seven-day cancellation period.
Delete your account
Requesting deletion also requests cancellation of web subscription renewal at the end of the paid period. Cancelling account deletion does not re-enable renewal. For Apple or Google Play purchases, manage cancellation in your store account; deletion does not require you to cancel first.
After deletion, restoring any purchase requires support approval. Web recovery does not automatically match your email address.
Account deletion has a seven-day cancellation period. After irreversible cleanup starts, it cannot be cancelled. Sign in again if your session is more than 15 minutes old.
